The breakfast had plenty of food and satisfied everyone. The room was spotless, budget-friendly, and had a private bathroom. I slept very well at the hotel. The hotel's central location was convenient, being close to a senior secondary school.

Soft beds, comfortable and beautiful rooms - we thoroughly enjoyed it. The hotel had a central location to local restaurants etc. What's more, it was close enough to nearby attractions such as the waterfront:)))
The staff we met were just terrible.

There was an a decent size room with good common area facilities. The location was quiet and best possible, so close to really close to the gorge, in a very nice area...
The views were not so great.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Launceston that exceeded my expectations. the hotel provided excellent value for money, with affordable prices that didn't compromise on quality. Secondly, the attention to detail throughout the hotel was impressive, from the well-maintained rooms to the inviting common lounge area. I particularly appreciated the convenience of having a private bathroom in my spacious room, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Lastly, the friendly and helpful staff went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home.
There wasn't a single aspect that I found disappointing during my stay. All was absolutely great!

Spent xmas at a hotel that had a great location near Kings Bridge and Cataract Gorge. Loved the fact that the room was very clean and comfortable, and it had an ensuite bathroom with toiletries. The communal kitchen/lounge down the hall was a nice bonus for making coffee and tea. The value for money was great, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.
The bathroom in the room was not up to par. The shower door lock was broken, and the shower rose height was too low.

The hotel is conveniently located, not too far from the city and close to Penny Royal kids adventure. It's a great value for the price, making it an ideal choice for budget-conscious travelers. The rooms have basic amenities, including a private bathroom with a shower.
All was satisfactory, nothing that needs improvement.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The staff were super helpful and friendly, which made my arrival and check-in process really smooth. The location was fantastic - I loved that I was within walking distance of the city centre and some great attractions. Plus, the hotel had a convenient parking lot at the back of the building. The room I stayed in was also really clean and nicely decorated, and it had everything I needed - including some fantastic toiletries! this hotel had some fantastic facilities, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.
There was nothing I didn't like about this hotel! My stay was fantastic, and I really appreciated the staff's hard work to make sure everything was perfect.
